Registration and Payment Policy

Registration is required for all conference participants. It is recommended to make the registration online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Conference’s Secretariat upon receipt of registration and payment.

All delegates are kindly requested to read this carefully as it includes a receipt, summary and useful information.

Full pre-payment for registration is mandatory. The Organizer reserves the right to apply the higher registration fee, should payment not have been received before/on the deadline date.

 

After completing your registration

The automatically generated email with confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by  e-mail. (If you will not receive this email, please send an email to tiptours@tiptours.hr.

Student/Recent graduate registration fee includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Welcome addresses and opening remarks
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Final Programme & Abstracts Book
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Conference bag and badge
  • Banquet Dinner/Pharmaceutical Ball
  • Coffee/Tea breaks
  • Lunches

 

Note. Delegates applying for Student Fees should supply proof of their student status, a photocopy of the university identity card.

 

Accompanying persons’ fee includes:

  • Welcome addresses and opening remarks
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Banquet Dinner/Pharmaceutical Ball
  • Lunches
  • Zagreb city tour

 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent to Tiptours travel agency in written form (tiptours@tiptours.hr ). All refunds will be processed after the Conference. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation, unless you paid by credit card.

The refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 EUR) – in case of cancellation received before August 15, 2013
  • 50% refund – in case of cancellation received before September 15, 2013
  • No refund – in case of cancellation, received after September 15, 2013
