Appendix I – Levels of financial support 2nd ZICPS

Gold

Those providing 7 000 EUR + VAT uncommitted, this level includes:

  • Free space (2 x 2.0 m) in the (table top type) exhibition/poster/breaks area
  • Three complimentary registrations, meals and coffee breaks during the event, including the Banquet Dinner/Pharmaceutical Ball,
  • A full-page company advertisments in the ‘Final Programme & Abstracts Book’ (material needed approximately one month prior to the event) or company/product information included in conference material given to all conference attendees,
  • Acknowledgement in the ‘Final Programme & Abstracts Book’ and on the conference website.

 

Silver

Those providing 5 000 EUR + VAT uncommitted, this level includes:

  • Free space (2 x 1.5 m) in the (table top type) exhibition/poster/breaks area
  • Two complimentary registrations, meals and coffee breaks during the event, including the Banquet Dinner/Pharmaceutical Ball,
  • A full-page company advertisment in the ‘Final Programme & Abstracts Book’ (material needed approximately one month prior to the event) or company/product information included in conference material given to all conference attendees,

Those providing 3 000 EUR + VAT uncommitted, this level includes:

Conference Bag 1 000 EUR + VAT (per 100 delegates)

All attendees will receive a bag containing the ‘Final Programme & Abstracts Book’ and the sponsor’s logotype will be displayed on the bag after approval of the Organizing Committee.

The Supporting company is liable for all changes including production of bags, printing and delivery.

The company name will be included in the List of Financial Contributors.

 

Lunch/Sunset Session1500 EUR + VAT

Financial supporters/exibitors will be able to have sessions after ordinary scientific programme or sessions during lunch break.

 

Inserts in Conference bag100 EUR + VAT

Financial Supporters will be able to add information and inserts to the conference bag that will be distributed to each delegate. Note that inserts must be approved by the Organizing Committee. The insert can either a single page A4 or a double, folded A5 inser. The Financial Contributor is liable for all charges including production material, printing and delivery. The company name will be included in the List of Financial Contributors.

 

Name Badges & Name badge strings500 EUR + VAT

Financial Contributor may place their logotype, in full colour, on the delegate name badge. This will be approved and administrated by Organizing Committee. The company name will be included in the List of Financial Contributors.

Financial Contributor may produce string/lanyards, with company logotype, used to hold the name badge.

Note that the string has to be approved by the Orgnizing Committee and must be according to guidelines.

The financial Contributor is liable for all charges including production of string/lanyards, printing and delivery. The company name will be included in the List of Financial Contributrs.

 

Coffee/Tea breaks100 EUR* + VAT (per 100 delegtes) + actual catering cost

Coffee/Tea breaks will be served twice daily to all delegates during the official breaks. The serving points will be located in the exhibition/poster area. Supporting Company may choose to support one or several coffee/tea breaks. Tha company logo of the supporting company will be posted at all serving points. The company name will be included in the list of Financial Contributors.

Appendix II – Exibition

 

The Exibitions during the 2nd ZICPS will be in poster and coffee break area in direct conjunction to the lecture hall, the Emerald Ballroom.

 

Two different stands sizes will be offered. The size and costs for the stands are:

 

  • Small size                              1.2 m x 0.75 m                     500 EUR + VAT
  • Standard size                       1.8 m x 0.75 m                     1000 EUR + VAT

 

All stands include:

 

  • Standard tables and standard chairs or
  • Bar tables and bar chairs
  • One dinner ticket to Banquet Dinner/Pharmaceutical Ball
  • Company logo in ‘Final Programme & Abstracts Book’ and at Conference website
  • Other remaining service (electrical supply, free WiFi)

Appendix – III Institutional support

 

Those institutions which will support the 2nd ZICPS with more delegates, will be recognized as Institutional ZICPS Supporters and the logo of such institution will be included in the ‘Final Programme & Abstracts Book’, as well as at the Conference website under the Acknowledgments.

Such instituiton should provide its good quality logo, the list of delegates with their names together with the proof of fees payment for all delegates.

To be included in the Institutional ZICPS Supporter category, as mentioned above, the institution should send all necessary data, not later than September 1, 2013, to  zicps2013@gmail.com.

  • More than 15 delegates  – 5* Institutional Supporter
  • 10 to 15 delegates – 4* Institutional Supporter
  • 5 to 10 delegates – 3* Institutional Supporter
